We at Advantage Air Conditioning strive to provide a superior detailed service maintenance inspection, above our competitors. Routine maintenance helps your air conditioning and heating system run at its peak performance. Maintenance will:

Most companies provide up to a 16 point inspection. Our technicians provide a more in–depth 38 point inspection, which can spot mold, mildew or algae problems that plague most AC systems in South Florida. They will also answer any questions about filters, electronic air cleaners, U.V. Lights , fresh air systems and whole house de–humidification systems. Some examples of what they perform on the service maintenance include:

  • Cleaning condenser coils (outside unit). This will ensure proper air flow, and keep energy cost to a minimum
  • Drain lines and drain pans will be cleaned out
  • Air filters checked thermostats, float switch and other safety devices are checked for proper operation and compared to factory "normal" readings.
  • Electrical amperage readings are taken from fan motors, heat strips, and compressors.

Upon doing the readings, if there was an indication that was not functioning correct or might be starting to go, you would be notified. This will help prevent more damage and / or repair expense

At the end of the service maintenance our service technician will go over the entire report with you. They will make any necessary recommendations, and answer any questions you may have. This service is recommended by all manufactures and should be done twice a year to maintain your system in optimum condition. Our contract customers also receive priority emergency service, as well as 10% discount on service parts.
