Sam Durham, President and Owner of Advantage Air Conditioning, is also President of the local professional organization TRACCA, and has been in the industry 36 years.

Naomi has been in the industry over 20 years and is our very competent Office Manager.

Licensed Technician

C.J. Simmons, our Sales and Marketing Specialist, is also a licensed technician. C.J.has been in the industry 16 years and is extremely knowledgable and competent in his field He will patiently answer your questions during an in-house sytem evaluation and analysis.

Anne Cabral, our Director of Accounting, has been with the company 12 years and has an extensive accounting background of over 25 years. Her department is extremely well organized, accurate to the penny!
