Our sales personnel are Indoor Air Quality Experts first having your total comfort and health in mind with any sales
recommendation they may offer. Our policy is for sales staff to respond and schedule requests for appointments within
24 hours.

REPAIRS: Our repairs
are done timely, at your convience, usually within three hours. 24 hour emergency service is available and all
repairs are done by factory trained technicians who can minimize costly labor charges.

MAINTAINANCE: Advantage
Air Conditioning is a strong believer in scheduled maintenance for air conditioning systems and accesories. A system
cannot perform to factory standards without regular maintenance. Factory warranties require regular maintenance by certified
air conditioning contractors in order to maintain warranties in effect. There is a reason the factory does this. We are proud
of our skilled Maintenance Technicians.

SERVICE CONTRACTS:
Our service contracts are affordable and you are automatically contacted by our office when such service is due. We offer
service contracts for mobile homes, modular homes, residential applications of all kinds, apartments, condominuims, business
of all types including restrauants. Commercial and Industrial contracts are available upon request. We
